A UK-based company with 150 employees that specialise in product design and internet retail. The business operates from a large Manchester-based HQ and a nearby 100,000 square ft. distribution centre.

What We Did

After consultation with the client and Domus software partners Novem competed:

  • A full on-premise Microsoft exchange email migration with a seamless user mailbox move
  • Full business server refresh migrating company data on to new server hardware working from the latest Microsoft server products
  • Installation of integrated Windows services and new server hardware at the business warehouse locations
  • Worked closely with communications partners to design and establish site-to-site connectivity with resilient connectivity fully integrated
  • The legacy backup solution was migrated to a fully hosted solution
  • Endpoint management was deployed to all business IT assets
  • Domu Brands added to Novem’s extended support service cover
