What We Did

After consultation with Dasa and there software partners, Novem completed:

  • A full on-premise Microsoft exchange email migration with a seamless user mailbox move to the hosted Microsoft 365 enviroment
  • Full business server desktop refresh migrating company data on to new server hardware working from the latest Microsoft server products
  • Installation of integrated Windows services and new server with a secure encrypted line of site wireless connection to an adjacent warehouse facility
  • The legacy backup solution was migrated to a full Datto business continuity solution with external cloud backups
  • Endpoint management was deployed to all business IT assets
  • DASA added to Novem’s comprehensive support service cover
