Novem Ranks Among the World’s Best Managed Service Providers in the MSP 501 Awards!

We at Novem are delighted to announce our ranking in the MSP 501 awards: a global ranking of Managed Service Providers and one of the industry’s most prestigious awards. This year was a banner year for the event in terms of applicants, making our position in the top 50% of winners and a respectable 214th all the more encouraging for next year. Not bad for a first attempt!

Currently, in its 15th year, the MSP 501 collates the best MSPs from all over the world. Managed services providers that qualify for the MSP 501 must pass a rigorous review conducted by the research team and editors of Channel Futures, with applicants ranked using a unique methodology weighing financial performance, long-term health and viability, commitment to recurring revenue, and operational efficiency. Needless to say, to be recognised among some of the best MSPs in the world on these criteria is an incredible achievement.

Our Managing Director, Rhys Watson, had this to say about our successful ranking:

“We’re extremely happy and honoured to have made the MSP 501 at our first time of entering. The award demonstrates who we are as a business and acknowledges the huge amount of effort made by the team in making sure we’re recognised as one of the MSP industry’s leaders. To say the last year has been challenging for businesses and individuals worldwide is an understatement. To not only get through the difficulties and unique tests the pandemic brought but maintain our usual high standards and then grow as a business and team is truly something to be proud of.”

We’re delighted with this year’s results and the efforts of all at Novem to make this award possible. That’s everyone from our hard-working service desk to our passionate sales teams, our partners, our providers, and our distributors. It takes the hard work of everyone to make Novem the MSP it is!

More than anything though, we’d like to thank our clients, without whom we’d have no reason to exist, and none of the long-lasting support that makes an achievement like this possible. Many, many thanks to you all.
